Why people get stuck
Decree 702 has its own particulars. These are the points where we see applications stall, in real cases.
The visa can expire before you collect all your documents, and you have to leave the country.
A missed page or a wrong character can make a document invalid. Spelling must match across documents.
Errors, empty sections or missing details about relatives can lead to refusal.
Only accredited clinics count, and the data must match your passport translation and registration.
A payment using wrong details may not be credited, and getting the money back is very hard.
It is valid for only 90 days in Russia, and a replacement can take months.
Slots in Moscow can be 3–5 weeks out, and requirements differ by region.
Without Russian it is hard to respond to requests the regulations don't require. A lawyer can.
